High performance type cut to length lines are the line type which provides high straightening quality together with high speed for compaines working with very high cutting amount. Different type of stacking systems can be applied according to the coil type and line speed.

Straightening Group
Straightening rolls supported with support bearings from bottom and top. This design called “6 High” support working principle. Straightening rolls supported with support rolls and these rolls supported with support bearings. Straightening unit bottom rolls support bearing positions and pressure can be adjusted individually by servo motors. This allows to make straightening on a better level by adjustment according to the exact position of distortion on coil.
Automatic Rolls Cleaning System
This feature allows the operator to clean the straightening and feeding rolls using only the control panel. During the coil change, the roll group is cleaned in a very short time and it is quickly ready for the next coil.
